Your data is yours.
Always.
Self-serve export of every conversation, customer, and audit entry — no support ticket. Workspace erasure with a 30-day grace and a single-click cancel. We don't lock anyone in.
Request a bundle. Get a download link. Keep moving.
Owners trigger exports from the workspace settings panel. No emails to legal, no procurement gatekeeper.
Request
Workspace owner clicks Export from settings. Pick scope — entire workspace, single app, single customer. Omazy queues the bundle.
Bundle
We assemble conversations, transcripts, customer records, KB content, automations, and audit log entries into a single signed archive.
Notified
Owner gets an email with a one-time download link. Download is owner-only — no other role sees it, even managers.
7-day retention
The bundle stays available for seven days, then is purged from our storage. Re-request anytime — the export is reproducible from your live data.
What's in the bundle
Conversations
Full message history with timestamps, channel, AI vs operator turns, dispositions, and transfer history.
Customer records
Customer profiles, identifiers, preferences, and any custom attributes you stored.
Knowledge base
Documents, embeddings index, sources, and version history.
Automations
Active and archived automations with run history.
Audit log
Every owner-level configuration change with actor, timestamp, and before/after sample hash.
Settings & integrations
Workspace + per-app settings. Integration credentials are excluded by design — they cannot be re-imported elsewhere.
Per-customer export
Workspace owners can export the data tied to a single end-customer — not just the entire workspace. When an end-user exercises their right of access under GDPR, you respond with the per-customer bundle in minutes, not weeks. The bundle is scoped to that customer's records across every app in the workspace.
Soft delete first. Hard delete after 30 days.
Mistakes happen — fat-finger deletions, employee turnover, board reversals. The grace window means a wrong click never costs you the workspace.
Owner requests erasure
Workspace owner triggers Delete workspace from settings. Omazy confirms with a passphrase challenge tied to the workspace handle.
30-day grace
The workspace enters a soft-deleted state. Member access is revoked, customer-facing surfaces stop responding, but the data is recoverable.
Cancel within window
Owner can cancel the deletion any time in the 30-day window with a single click. The workspace comes back exactly as it was — same handle, same data, same integrations.
Hard erase
After 30 days, all primary records are deleted. Backup retention rolls off within 35 days. The workspace handle is recycled.
Erasure timeline
Day 0 — request
Workspace soft-deleted. Member access revoked.
Day 1 – 29 — cancel anytime
One click restores everything. No data lost in this window.
Day 30 — hard erase
Primary records deleted. Backups roll off by day 35.
Portability and erasure, by design.
Right of access (Article 15). Per-customer export gives end-users their data within minutes of you receiving the request — at the workspace owner's discretion, scoped to that customer.
Right to portability (Article 20). Workspace-wide export ships every record we hold for you in a structured archive. No vendor lock-in baked into the data layer.
Right to erasure (Article 17). Soft-delete plus 30-day grace plus hard-delete plus backup roll-off — the chain is documented and contractually enforced.
